Regenerating and protecting our native ecosystems
Our Aim is towards returning a balance to ecological systems throughout Illawarra and the South Coast that have been overwhelmed and impacted upon by human developments. We aim to create, undergo and complete projects that reflect these values and most importantly, an environment that will continue to sustain us all.
Gerard Proust has been working & teaching in land restoration forest and bush regeneration industry since 1988.
With his wealth of knowledge and experienced he leads our accomplished regeneration team in restoring our disturbed bushland areas to their original state.
We are currently working with both private and public landholders throughout the Illawarra and Shoalhaven region to create and implement management plans to assist and rehabilitate a variety of sensitive and threatened ecosystems.
Site Assessments & Vegetation Management Plans
Proust Land services provides systematic assessment and classification of native/invasive flora species as well as management action plans to improve and maintain the ecological health on designated private and public land. We specialise in in temperate/subtropical rainforest and riparian zones throughout the Shoalhaven region.
Regenerative Works
With a Vegetation management plan created, our experienced team of bush regenerators will thoroughly carry out the required works with industry approved methods and safety practices.
Workshops and presentations
Gerard Proust has been in the Conservation Land Management [CLM] / ecological restoration field for over 35 years and has a wealth of knowledge to share as an educator with the delivery or workshops, lectures and field days or interested groups who are looking to tap into Gerard’s experience of managing our ecosystems.
